This page indicates current statuses (New, Incomplete, or Complete) of the data collection pages along with page description and a button. Depending upon status of the page, there will be either START button (to start collecting information) or EDIT button (for editing already captured information) and on clicking this button system will navigate to respective data collection page.
o "New" status will be displayed when there is no information captured. And this will be shown by a Blue arrow image.
o "Incomplete" status will be displayed when all required information for the page is not captured. And this will be shown by a Clock image.
o "Complete" status will be displayed when all required and mandatory information are captured in the data collection page. And this will be shown by Green Check mark image.
In case of RESCREEN type of application, initially statuses of all data collection pages will be shown as ’New’ even though data from previous screen is carried forward. This indicates that the data collection page has not yet reviewed for RESCREEN application.
