Transfer Applicant

Click the "Transfer" button to transfer the applicant to a different agency. The "Applicant Transfer" page will appear. The Agency Details link provides a way to verify the screen privileges of an agency based on the agency name. To use this functionality, click on the Agency Details link and a pop-up window will appear. Select an agency from the dropdown in the window and click the 'Submit' button to view the screen privileges for that agency. Following are descriptions of each screen privilege:

Adult LTC

N/A

The agency does not have access to create Adult functional screens.

Family Care

The agency has access to create Adult screens. Family Care eligibility results will be displayed.

Family Care - RC Only

The agency has access to create Adult screens. Family Care and HCBW eligibility results will be displayed.  

HCBW

The agency has access to create Adult screens. HCBW eligibility results will be displayed.

PACE/Partnership

The agency has access to create Adult screens. PACE/Partnership eligibility results will be displayed.

Children's LTS

N/A

The agency does not have access to create Children's functional screens.

Children's LTS

The agency has access to create Children's functional screens.

Mental Health / AODA

N/A

The agency does not have access to create Mental Health / AODA functional screens.

Mental Health / AODA

The agency has access to create Mental Health / AODA functional screens.

Personal Care
 

N/A

The agency does not have access to create Personal Care Screens.

Personal Care

The agency has access to create Personal Care Screens.

 

Select the appropriate agency and check the appropriate screen type (Adult LTC, Children's LTS, Mental Health / AODA, Personal Care) box*, and click the "Confirm" button. The "Confirm Applicant Transfer" page will appear. Click the "Previous" button to go back and change the receiving agency or screen type. Click the "Transfer" button to complete the transfer.

 

Depending upon security rules, a user may lose access to the screen after the transfer. If a transfer is made in error and access is revoked, the agency to which the applicant was transferred should be contacted to transfer the applicant back to the original agency.

 

*Note: If the applicant only has one type of screen (Adult LTC, Children's LTS, or Mental Health / AODA or Personal Care), then only the checkbox for that screen type will appear as a screen type option.
